Developed for ServiceNow hackathon, by group Western Trojans. MyTransition+ was created to improve the student and staff experience at Western Sydney University using ServiceNow digital workflows. We identified a problem where students aren’t able to identify the available support resources or how to access them. Our solution – an application, using the ServiceNow platform that enables staff and students to book the appropriate support resources when needed. MyTransition+ helps students at Western Sydney University to identify what support they need, through knowledge articles on all support groups available at the University. With the platform supporting both staff and students, it is clear MyTransition+ was made with everyone in mind.
